Berry has now adjusted to normal life, and she gets less anxious regarding her puppy. Now she trusts us with her, and she doesn’t mind us petting or lifting the baby.

Both love being playful with each other. Sometimes the puppy gets all excited and bites Berry’s ears playfully. Berry does NOT enjoy all the ear-biting.

This reminds me of the time Berry was a puppy and she was teething. Hell broke loose. Everything from clothes to sofas to the blankets we gave her for the winters, everything was reduced to a shred.

After a while when we were told that she’s teething, my father and I went to the Pet Store to get her a rubber teether. It was a cute little green rubber triangle, and for the first few days Berry was super pleased with it and she’d carry it around everywhere.

As her teething got stronger though, she began getting aggressive and would chew the teether or just rub her gums against it.

Once, I was playing with Berry and she was playing with my arms when I noticed one of her teeth had fallen out. I got alarmed but then I realized that maybe dogs too lose their milk teeth like humans.

When Berry’s teething was over, all of us were so relieved, because that meant no more destruction of our possessions.
