Pet Diaries: Domino and Finn (Entry 17)

Domino: The other day I was trying to fight Ilo - he's a cat who also comes to the terrace - and mum comes over and tries to push me away so she can feed him. I didn't like that so I attacked her foot. When I calmed down I realized what had happened, and I must say I'm an embarrassed Arab. Never hiss or bite your mum people, it's not nice! 

Finn: I was asleep when Domino bit mum, so I can't say why it happened. What I can say is that it is not nice to bite a mum because mum gives food and changes dirt. I had to ask Abbas to do that for me which isn't the same as mum. Anyway, now I know when to leave Abbas's room. When he closes the door at night, it's my cue to leave. If I stay, I'll have to hope that he wakes up and opens the door for me.
