Over 100 deaths reported after Tuesday night's explosion
Over 100 deaths were reported after the Tuesday night’s explosion in Lebanon's capital. Officials expect the death toll to rise as emergency workers dig in more. The officials have not confirmed any reason behind the blasts yet, but as the rumors spread Israel and America are suspected to be behind it. As the Lebanese prime minister, Hassan Diab in a recent press conference said, “what happened today will not fly by without accountability”, giving hints that these blasts didn’t hit ammonium nitrite warehouse because of the government's negligence near the port, rather it was planned to seize the economy and the government of Lebanon.
Israel and the Lebanese government
As in recent times news has been there on media about the Israeli government being against the Lebanese government. As per the sources Israel wants this Lebanese government to dissolve while Turkey stands with the government. Even Erdogan of Turkey has announced publically to support the Lebanese government in the past month. Yet the reason behind the conflict is not known to the masses .
Significance of explosion time
The timing of these blasts possesses great importance as Israel had announced earlier this July the annexation of WEST BANK along with the protests being carried out against the Israel government. Which has not been carried out yet due to some unknown reasons. This could be done to divert the attention of the world and especially all the Muslim countries towards Lebanon so that they can easily make progress in their annexation plan.
Lebanon a new Syria
Lebanon has a very important geographical location. It has borders with Syria, Turkey, and Israel. Syria has already brought down to its knees due to the war between Israel, Russia (it’s supporters) and Turkey (it’s supporters). It is possible that these superpowers are heading forward to make Lebanon a new battleground for their proxy wars. As Lebanon failed to prove itself as a strong state.
Current crises in BEIRUT
Some 3700 were wounded as a result of the blast, according to the red cross with at least 60 of them in critical condition. All ICU patients at Hospital Saint Georges in Beirut died after the blast cut off power to their ventilators sources told to the local newspaper (credits Anhaar).
Both Qatar and Iraq pledged to dispatch urgent medical equipment and deployable medical facilities to be installed in Beirut. The blast also destroyed Lebanon's wheat and Medical storage facilities located at the port.
